If a login has been provided to you by Esri via e-mail notification, please login. Otherwise, if you would like to complete an online map submission to be considered for the Esri Map Book Volume 36 click here.
The submission process consists of three steps:
If you have completed the Esri Map Gallery registration, then your contact form should be populated with that information. Otherwise, complete the form and carefully review your information for accuracy before submitting it.
If you change your e-mail address on this form, it will change your login e-mail as well. So the next time you login, use your updated e-mail address.
You must provide the project or map title, data source credits, basemap credits, credit lines, map authors, and a map description of between 150-250 words. The description should be written in nontechnical language and explain what the map shows, how it was used, and what benefit was derived for your organization. Your description may be edited for clarity and length. Data source credits are mandatory for individual data layers, photos, and graphics.

Located at the bottom of the permission form is a highlighted Changes Complete checkbox. If you have completed both the contact and permission forms, check the box and click the Submit Permission button. Once you check this box and submit your forms, you will not be allowed to make any more changes to the forms.
If you need to change your submitted edits, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be notified by e-mail, first if your map is selected as a finalist, and again if it is chosen for publication. Before the Map Book is published, a PDF file of your page layout with map and description will be e-mailed to you for review and approval. Any edits or changes should be submitted at that time.
Thank you for your participation.
